Shipping policy

We aim to post all orders out within 24 hours of receiving the order, within our opening business hours. 

Our standard post to the UK is with Royal Mail First Class. This is a non tracked service, and usually takes 1-2 days. This is not guaranteed for delivery on a specific date and is not tracked. 

Upgrades are available, either Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 Hour delivery options. If ordered before 3pm Monday - Friday with the upgraded delivery options we will post it out the same day. This is tracked and scanned along the delivery journey on the Royal Mail website. 

Whilst we endeavour to ship your orders out as quickly as we can and use Royal Mail which is a very well trusted brand, there will be times when unexpected delays with Royal Mail are out of our hands, and may result in your parcel being delivered later than thought. Please contact us if this happens, as we want to help you as much as we can.
